Our rates are dependant on the season your reservation falls into.

 

Weekly rates are as follows:

 

Low season $925 ( January, May, September, November and December )

 

Mid season $1000 ( February, March and June )

 

High season $1075 ( April, July, August and October )

 

Holiday season $1250 ( One week before and one week after a holiday )

The minimum rental is 4 nights.

 

The nightly rate is one sixth of the normal weekly rate for rentals of less than one week or for each day over one week.

 

Rentals of less than 6 nights incur an $80 charge for cleaning.

 

Pool heat is $20 per day additional. Pool heat is suggested from October through April.

 

All prices are subject to 13% Florida tax.
